Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, from your account or by writing to us through our contact page. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, because it is already on its way to you.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method through our payment gateway, usually within five to seven working days once approved — the exact timing depends on your bank.

For a cancelled cash-on-delivery order there is nothing to refund, as no payment was taken. If a COD order needs a refund for any other reason, we will arrange a bank transfer.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
