By placing an order with Mithé you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site to make a purchase.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST — the price shown is the price you pay, before any shipping or cash-on-delivery fee, which is always displayed before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once payment is received or, for cash on delivery, once the order is accepted. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example, an item is out of stock — we will tell you and refund any amount already paid.

Availability

Our products are handmade in small batches, so stock is limited and a flavour may sell out. We show live availability and never knowingly sell what we cannot make.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in our place of business.
